Let me tell you a story of a young woman named Heidi who lost 45 pounds.
When Heidi first came to me, she was afraid of two things: exercise, and carbs.

“I am a healthy eater, and have stopped most sugars. I don’t do pasta unless they are veggie or lentil pastas.”

When we first started, she was doing only at home workouts.
And when she sent me her form videos her first month… I could tell she just wasn’t challenging herself enough.
Because she didn’t have heavy enough weights at home.
